Where, When and How – The Stats
Sunday, April 20, 2025: Titusville to New Smyrna Beach, FL via Indian River to Haulover Canal to Mosquito Lagoon, Cruising Time: 4 hours, Distance 28 Nautical Miles
Calm Sea and Sunshine – The Good
- Absolutely beautiful weather for cruising and touring a new little town. The sky was bright blue, with little clouds, no wind and high 80’s temperature. Cruised though the man made Haulover Canal on Easter Sunday and tons of folks were fishing and enjoying the water. Spotted a few mentees but less wildlife than in the past.
- Finally, made it to New Smyrna Beach Brewery to enjoy the beers that were willed to us! Thanks Pickett’s Pub and then Ted and Kelly.
- A full day of bike riding and exploring New Smyrna Beach: riding on the beach with cars, peeking into small shops, coffee stop with adorable swings, riding through Smyrna Beach Dunes and lunch at Jimmy Hulu’s!
Strong Winds and Currents – The Not So Good- The Good
- Not being with the boys and family on Easter Sunday!
