Deltaville, VA & Dartmouth, MA

Three Sons left Hampton and turned onto the Chesapeake Bay. This is the fourth time we are cruising and exploring in these waters. The Bay is considered one of the greatest cruising destinations being 219 miles long and having 11,600 miles of shoreline.

We are excited to see and explored ports that we skipped on other trips. However, our first stop is a repeat stop! Tracy loves the simplicity of anchoring in Jackson Creek and enjoying the view into the Bay that provides an amazing sunrise but this trip we took a dock at Jackson Creek Marina. Two reasons for missing the best sunrise, a visit with Money Penny and a trip to MA.

We met Andrea and Fritz (Money Penny) in the Bahamas and their home port is Deltaville, VA. We consider this now a must stop to catch up!
Gloucester Brewing Company was a cute little place with OK beer and yes, I should have ordered more than 100 stickers!

Since Dr’s no longer make house/boat calls, Tracy flew home for 30 hours for a Dr’s appointment. Along with the Dr. lots of hugs and visits happened but not many pictures were taken.
