Calm Seas and Sunshine – The Good
- Beyond beautiful night on anchor nestled between the marshes of Georgia, followed by an amazing sunrise with a surprise dolphin show.
Strong Winds and Rough Currents – The Bad
- horseflies – tons and tons of horsefly during the cruise
Leg 2: Wednesday, April 30, 2025: Kilkenny Creek anchorage to Savannah, GA Thunderbolt Marina, Cruising Time 3 hours 46 minutes, Distance 28.7 Nautical Miles
Calm Seas and Sunshine – The Good
- Two days filled with lots of walking and looking in beautiful city filed with historical squares and moss filled live oaks!
- Bailey just walking on Three Sons looking for a cookie.
- A food tour – fun, information and delicious!
- Two nights of cards and girls winning the official game. Both nights involved delicious snacks: cookies and then pecan pie.
Strong Winds and Rough Currents – The Bad
- An unorganized dockmaster – Three Sons and the crew had to stand down outside the dock while boats while a spot was found. No such luck so, we were told to dock at the fuel dock and had to move about an hour later into a slip.
