Two days of cruising South Carolina’s beautiful waterways and exploring two quaint towns. Day one of crossing into NC was a perfect day followed by a very rough anchoring!

Savannah, GA
High winds and water pump replacement left us “stranded” in Savanah for 6 days

A closed restaurant led to a change of plans and a peaceful, memorable day!
Jekyll Island, GA
We skipped Georgia on the way south to get to warm weather faster. Moving north we still did not give Georgia the attention she deserved. We only stopped at Jekyll Island, Tom’s Creek, and Savannah. We will be back!
Heading North! FL to MA
Three Sons is starting our journey north, making two stops in Florida: St. Augustine and Fernandina Beach.
Zach’s Visit
We were so happy Zach came down to visit us and spend some time resting and enjoying the sunshine. While he was in Florida, we spent time in Epcot, St. Augustine and Marineland.

Another boat project completed, nice new windows for Three Sons, no more cracks!

Final Leg!
South Carolina
Cruising through South Carolina with great stops: Myrtle Beach, Charleston, Beaufort, Hilton Head, anchorages and a hurricane!

32 days – We made it to South Carolina! Lots of planning! Lots of Fun! Lots of Adventure!
North Carolina – Leg 2
We discovered North Carolina is a big state but a beautiful state. Made quite a few stops on leg 2 in NC and had our first mechanical breakdown.
North Carolina – Leg 1
Finally entering the Intercoastal Waterway (ICW) and cruised through North Carolina stopping at Coinjock and Belhaven with a side trip to Washington to visit Mark and Beth.
The Chesapeake Bay
Spent a week exploring the Chesapeake Bay! Barely scratched the surface visiting 4 ports. We are going to move on to get to warmer weather. Plan to spent lots of time here the the Spring.
